Kummooyeh Masters Complete Intensive Training in Korea

Four international Kummooyeh masters — Michael Tebble from Australia, Hanseng Lai from Singapore, and Cindy Lacroix and Frankie Lacroix from Belgium — recently traveled to Korea to participate in an intensive Masters Training Program led by Grandmaster Hyun Kyoo Jang. Held at the Kummooyeh Outdoor Training Center in Hongseong, the program immersed the masters in rigorous swordsmanship drills, precision cutting practice at the dedicated cutting field, and traditional archery training in the nearby forest.

The natural setting provided an ideal environment for cultivating both physical skill and mental discipline.

Throughout the program, the masters refined their techniques in advanced sword forms, deepened their understanding of Kummooyeh philosophy, and strengthened their connection to the art as a way of life.

The demanding full-day training sessions required exceptional focus, endurance, and commitment. Grandmaster Jang closely guided and evaluated each practitioner, emphasizing not only technical mastery but also the mental clarity and spirit required of a true Kummooyeh master.

The training concluded with a formal recognition of their achievements, marking an important milestone in their journey as leaders within the global Kummooyeh community.
